Our popular Harbour Tours recommence
​9am – 11am weekdays on Mondays and Thursdays during the summer.
Join us on a fascinating real-life working harbour tour around the world's largest bulk mineral, multi-million dollar export port. Get a first-hand insight into the history, workings, big players, sheer scale, huge volumes, as well as the lives of the often invisible ordinary seafarers who make it all happen.
​Our two-hour tour begins at the Port Hedland Seafarers Centre with an informative background presentation before boarding the Seafarers launch for a lap around this bustling 24/7, all-year-round harbour in amongst the huge bulk carriers, powerful tugs, ore loaders and constant activity, accompanied by an expert guide providing commentary and answering your questions.
​Lifejackets, a bottle of water and morning tea are provided.

As this is a working port, you will need to wear closed-in shoes. NO thongs or sandals. Skirts/dresses not recommended.
If you have any mobility issues, please contact us to discuss before booking.​
Young children need to be minimum 80cm height as they need to wear their own lifejacket. No babies as there are no suitable lifejackets.

Please only book if you are confident you can attend your chosen session.
